While traveling the world, our founders discovered poverty-stricken farms are frequently located in beautiful places. Areas better suited for resorts, vacation homes, and private retreats.

BUYING A NEW EDEN
When we find a new location, one of our trusted representatives will contact the local government. We come to a financial agreement and sign the necessary paperwork.
CLEARING THE WAY
TO PARADISE.
Once Transfer of Ownership is legally binding, the former residents will be relocated to temporary housing camps.
There, they will be compensated at the their nation’s discretion.
